Two dangerous bills are moving fast at the WV Legislature, and both bills are coming up for a vote in the House and Senate before heading to the Governor’s desk.

• SB 592 in the House: Weakens regulations on Above Ground Storage Tanks, putting our drinking water at risk.
• HB 2014 in the Senate: Prioritizes data centers at the expense of our natural resources and local control.

2. Tell your members of the State Senate: NO on HB 2014!
