There’s a new way to help WV Rivers! For the first-time, WV Rivers is participating in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). The campaign is the official workplace charitable giving program for Federal employees and retirees.
Not a Federal employee or retiree? Forward this email to your friends and family who are and encourage them to support WV Rivers through the CFC.
Supporting WV Rivers through the CFC means we can continue a strong legacy of clean water advocacy in West Virginia. Specifically, your gifts would provide:
- Important and timely communication to action takers through our website, action alerts, and social media
- Coordination and collaboration with networks like West Virginians for Public Lands, WV Climate Alliance, West Virginia Watershed Network, Safe Water for West Virginia, and many more
- Mini-grants for local community organizations and advocates with an emphasis on grassroots leadership and activism
- Technical assistance to community leaders who have recognized water quality issues in their local rivers and streams
