Film, Discussion, and Action: Join Us for Ripple Effects: A WV Rivers Film Series

As the new school year begins, we invite you and your family to join us for a special back-to-school screening of FernGully: The Last Rain Forest next Tuesday evening at the Yankauer Nature Preserve in Martinsburg, WV.

FernGully is a classic animated film that kids and families will love, filled with colorful characters and a powerful message about the importance of caring for our planet. After the movie, we’ll have a family-friendly discussion about the PFAS contamination crisis affecting West Virginia’s water systems and how we can all take action to protect our environment.

This event is the perfect way to kick off the school year with an engaging and educational experience highlighting the importance of protecting our natural resources for future generations.
