Atlantic Coast Pipeline path.

You’re invited to a meeting on citizen pipeline monitoring on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at the Linwood Library from 7 to 9 pm.

The Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) received FERC approval on October 23 for all construction, including stream crossings, except for national forest lands. Now, volunteers are needed to watch for water quality impacts to streams from construction related activities.

Wednesday’s training, the Compliance Surveillance Initiative (CSI), will cover mapping, visual assessment of construction, and how to report problems.

The training will start promptly at 7 pm.
