WV Rivers Coalition stands with the EPA in holding the WVDEP accountable for its role in this oversight. The EPA is accepting public comments until 10/18/2023, and we urge you to add your voice to support using the best science available to protect our water resources.

You can send a comment supporting the EPA’s recommendation holding WVDEP accountable and insist on implementing the best science and methodologies to protect our water resources across West Virginia.
