Show Up and Speak Out: Halloween Climate Rally – Charleston, 1 PM

The Senate will soon be voting on historic climate investments that will benefit all West Virginians. We need to let Senator Manchin know that West Virginians care deeply about climate action and we’re counting on him to make it happen.

Show up and speak out! On Halloween, Saturday, October 30, we are rallying in Charleston from 1-2:30 PM at the Robert C. Byrd Courthouse Plaza to show our support of meaningful climate action.

The Halloween Rally for Climate Action will feature inspiring speakers, like climate scientist Dr. Michael Mann, important actions you can take, live music, door prizes, and since it’s spooky season we’re holding a costume contest! Show up in your best on theme costumes (think recycled materials, climate, nature, etc.) Winners will be chosen for both kids and adults. See some costume ideas herehere, and here.
