Comment to FERC on MVP’s Certificate Amendment

The Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) is proposing to bore under 69 streams and wetlands in the first 77 miles of the pipeline route in a certificate amendment request (CP21-12) to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). FERC has provided the public an opportunity to comment on their request.  You can submit comments on MVP’s proposal through December 21, 2020.

  • Intervenor TemplateYou are not required to intervene to submit comments. Commenters who intervened on MVP mainline docket CP16-10, live along the route or downstream from the area of the route included in the amendments are encouraged to intervene on CP21-12. Organizations and expert level commenters can intervene if they choose to do so. Edit the intervenor template to include all of your comments, organization or personal information shown in the highlighted sections, and remember to remove the highlights.
