| WVRC's tries to expand our efforts by broadening our capabilities whenever possible. Here are some other groups we are involved with.
River Conservation and Restoration:
West Virginia Watershed Network - providing resources for watershed management.
Potomac Water Watch - focusing on fish kills, intersex, emerging contaminants and endocrine disrupters in the Potomac watershed and it's tributaries.
Boating and Fishing Community:
West Virginia Water Gaging Council - to serve as a statewide collaborative body enhancing effective collection and dissemination of environmental data applicable to the full range of West Virginia’s water resources.
Charitable Giving
Community Shares of West Virginia - the result of cooperative efforts by various West Virginia non-profit organizations that exist to build capacity and citizen support for social, economic and environmental justice groups.
